This policy explains what data FDownload – the fdownload.bunno.app website and the FDownload app for Android and iOS, published by Bunno Studio – collects, what it is used for, who it is shared with and what choices you have.
Summary
- No account needed. We never ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Links you paste are only used to analyze and download, and are not stored in a database.
- Usage statistics are tied to a random ID, not to your identity.
- We do not sell your data.
Links you paste and files you download
- On the website: the link is sent to our server to be analyzed, and downloaded files pass through the server (to meet each platform's technical requirements). Links are not stored in a database; when an analysis fails, the link may appear in the server's technical logs so we can find and fix the problem.
- In the app: links are analyzed on your phone and files are downloaded straight from the platform's servers to your device, without going through our servers.
- To analyze and download, we (or the app on your device) send requests to the original platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.
Usage statistics
To understand how the product is used and improve it, the website and the app send anonymous statistics to our server:
- A random ID for each browser or app install, stored on your device.
- General information: platform (web, Android, iOS), language and operating system; for the app also the device model and app version.
- Events: opening the site or app, analyzing a link (only the platform name such as TikTok and whether it succeeded, never the link) and tapping download (number of files).
- An approximate country provided by Cloudflare. We do not store your IP address.
- Event data is deleted automatically after at most 180 days.
Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
The website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated access to the link analysis feature. Turnstile runs in your browser and may collect technical data (such as your IP address and browser and device information) to tell people from bots.
This data is processed by Cloudflare under the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
- Cloudflare: domain, content delivery network and connection to our servers; all website traffic goes through Cloudflare.
- DigitalOcean: hosts the website and statistics servers (Singapore).
- In the app – Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics): usage statistics and crash reports to fix problems.
- In the app – Google AdMob: shows ads. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID; on iOS only if you allow tracking (App Tracking Transparency). See the Google Privacy Policy.
Data stored on your device
- The website does not set cookies of its own. Your browser keeps your light / dark theme choice and the statistics ID in the site's local storage (localStorage). Cloudflare may set technical cookies needed for security.
- The app stores its settings and install ID on your device. Photos access is only used to save the files you download; clipboard access is only used to paste a link you copied.
Your choices and rights
- Clearing the site's data in your browser or uninstalling the app removes the random ID; old data can no longer be linked to you.
- You can turn off ad tracking and reset your advertising ID in your Android or iOS settings.

Children
FDownload is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
